Delete Your Account

Last updated January 15, 2026 · Governed by the laws of France

This page explains how to delete your Business Empire account and what happens to your data when you do. You can request deletion whether or not the Game is still installed on your device.

Most players never create an account at all. If you have only ever played as a guest, there is no account on our servers to delete — your progress lives solely on your device, and uninstalling the Game removes it.

1. Deleting from inside the Game

If the Game is installed and you are signed in, this is the fastest route and takes effect immediately:

2. Deleting if you have already uninstalled the Game

Email bachashai@gmail.com from the address you used to sign up, with the subject line "Delete my account". We use the sending address to identify the account, so the request must come from that address — we cannot action a deletion request for an account we cannot verify you own.

We will confirm by reply once the deletion is complete. We aim to action these within 30 days of receiving the request, and in practice much sooner.

3. What is deleted

Deleting your account removes all of the following permanently. This is not a deactivation or a hidden archive — the rows are deleted, and we cannot restore them afterwards, including at your own request.

4. What is deleted separately, on your device

Your local save is stored on the device itself and is not the same thing as your cloud save. Deleting your account from inside the Game also erases the local save on that device. Deleting by email does not — we have no way to reach your device.

To remove local data yourself, uninstall the Game, or clear its storage from your device settings. If you are playing as a guest, this is the only data that exists and removing it is complete deletion.

5. What may be retained, and why

We may retain a limited amount of information after deletion where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to keep the Game secure — for example, records needed to prevent fraud and abuse, and server logs that rotate on their own schedule. Retained records are kept only for as long as that purpose requires and are never used to rebuild your account or your progress.

Crash reports are collected without any account identifier attached, so they are not linked to you and cannot be located and removed by reference to your account.
